How do I return an item?
Returns are for On-Line store credit or exchange only within fourteen (14) days of purchase. For sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns on eliquid/consumable items.


Q: Can I return my order?
A: Due to e-liquid, flavorings, PG, VG, and nicotine, being subjective to a person’s tastes we do not allow for returns and/or refunds once shipped. Please double-check your order before placing it. Changes made to your order cannot be made after your order is shipped. If you see any issue with your order you must Email us before we ship your package. Once any juice product leaves our facility, we will not accept it to be shipped back unless we specifically request to do so for our testing. If there was a problem with your order once you have received it, please email us so we can discuss the situation. If we do offer an exchange, we may require a picture of the bottle before doing so.

Please be aware that we mix every bottle of juice to our specific recipes when your order is received.  Some flavors require more time to blend together with a process called steeping. There are many different forms of steeping have been used, but please be careful which way it is done, as if not done properly it can also damage the juice. Higher levels of nicotine will almost always cause the juice to darken quicker due to oxidation of the nicotine.
